Function

This machine is used for both 2mm and seamless (0.2mm) welding of laminated or co-extruded  color profile. The welding seam could be cut off directly after welding.

1.Welding seam is strictly controlled to ensure the flat and nice-looking welding surace for high-grade welding preformce.

2.All the blades on the machine adopt alloy material, are processed precisely by quenching. The blades are standard and can be interchangable.

3.The machine body is welded with high rigidity frame, with strong bearing capacity and not easy to get deformed.

4.This machine has auto-blow system , can blow off the cut chip after cleaning.

5.This movable machine head could be braked with air braking system for easy operation , good stability and high efficiency.

6.The bottom locating plate could move along the square rail for precise locating and long time stability.

7.The heating plate could move up and down along the linear rail to ensure the moving precision and stability.

8.The moving of clamping parts adopst high precision square rail to ensure the welding straightness and flatness.

9.This machine has unique locking system for machine heads with strong locking result and long time durability.

10.One machine head can weld free angle to meet up the welding requirement for making arc windows etc.
