Application:

It is specific cutting center normally for American profile system,  It can accomplish the auto cutting of 45°and 90°.

1.Siemens Control System

2.Can accomplish cutting of 4 pcs sash or 2 pcs frame at one time.

3.The loading of profile will be easy with roller type loading table. Loading of profile is done manually. Feeding and cutting of profile is automatic.

4.Specific cutting fixture will be requested for the loading unit as well as the cutting unit.

5.The Specific fixture could ensure the precision of profile locating and feeding. Four types of fixture could be installed on the 4 sides of fixture supporter to save the replacing time.

6.The combined application of fixture installed on worktable of cutting unit and the clamping fixture could ensure the positioning precision when cutting. The guide fixture on profile discharger could ensure smooth discharging of profile. Unloading of cut piece is done manually.
