Technical Features
1.Stepping pedal switch once can automatically complete the connection of profile and reinforcement steel without drilling the hole in advance.
2.Screwing mechanism adopts low speed motor with overload protection function for stable output torque. Overload protection function of motor is to avoid the damage of screw head and screwing rod.
3.Screwing mechanism design has quick change device. It only takes 10 seconds to change the screwing rod and it improves production efficiency.
4.Stable screwing mechanism overcomes the problem of blocking screws on previous equipment.
Application:
Auto Screw Fastening Machine is applicable for connecting two workpieces with self tapping screws. Especially suitable for fastening the screws between PVC window and door profile and reinforcement steel inside the chamber. The machine doesn’t need to drill the hole in advance. Stepping the pedal switch once can complete the fastening action of the screw. It greatly reduces labor intensity and greatly improve working performance. The machine uses low speed high torque motor to feed screws to replace Air motors on previous machines which causes unstable torque due to big air consumption and damage the screwing bits easily.
It is necessary equipment for large and medium-sized doors and windows processing enterprises due to good stability.
